This building is composed of three main volumes consisting of 10 offices and a meeting room. The communicating area and the entrance hall hold these main bodies together and, as such as the offices gravitate around the central space. This layout allows new and regular visitors alike to orientate themselves with ease.
In order for every office to have ventilation and a natural light source, each room has been placed at the perimeter of the building. To keep the use of artificial lighting to a bare minimum, natural and artificial light studies were conducted.
