A two floor building. The underground floor houses the civil protection office and the top floor is a public nursery (0 to 3 years). The entire nursery is built on one horizontal plane, to facilitate access and eliminate obstacles and barriers that might be problematic with young children.

The classrooms look north, to Guadalhorce valley via large frameless windows and an adjoining playground. Rooms and common areas in the south façade function independently. An enclosed brick wall adjoined the access street prohibiting noise and traffic pollution from entering the building.
