La cliente, en lugar de de gastarse el dinero en ornamentación, molduras alrededor de las ventanas, molduras en el tejado, rejas, etc... optó por gastarselo en solerías de mejor calidad, buenas carpinterías exteriores e interiores, los sanitarios, la chimenea, etc... es una vivienda para ser vivida, no para obstentar y ser contemplada desde el exterior (como suele pasar por esta zona). Y lo mejor de todo es que la cliente está muy contenta con la vivienda, con sus espacios, con la conexión interior / exterior, en definitiva con lo cómodo y confortqable que es vivir en dicha vivienda. Pues el precio final fue el precio medio de viviendas de ese tamaño realizadas en aquella época.
